During a busy period packed with launches of new models, I organised for the first time a coordinated Social Media strategy from SEAT HQ Digital Marketing Department, aligning all of the different 35 countries’ Social Media Teams, campaign launches, showrooms and seasonal content with our partner agencies Grey, The Social Partners, LBi and Zone Franche, working along other related departments (such as ATL/BTL, PR, Communication, Customer Care, International Marketing, HR, CRM, Research). I developed a weekly content calendar as reference for all Social Media Teams as well as Strategic Social Media Guidelines and also managed SEAT HQ Social Media Accounts.
